Health and Fitness

Maintaining your fitness and flexibility is a key part of a healthy lifestyle.  At Ridge Country Retreat, we host dance fitness, pilates and yoga classes.  Wednesday and Thursday for mixed classes, Monday is exclusively for women. 
Lunch is also available on request, as is access to our super relaxing geothermal pool (options presented as part of online booking process).

Unfortunately these classes are suspended until further notice.
